Veg Schezwan Rice

You'll need -
Long Basmati Rice - 1 cup, almost cooked
Mixed vegetables - 1 cup (carrot, french beans, cabbage, bell peppers, spring or regular onions)
Garlic Cloves - 2, peeled & diced
Bean Sprouts - 1/4 cup
Schezwan Sauce - 1 tablespoon (I used the store-bought kind)
Chilli Sauce - 2 teaspoons (Store bought)
5-spice powder - 1 teaspoon (optional)
Salt - to taste
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Method -
Heat oil & sauté the garlic for a minute
Add vegetables & sauté for a few minutes.
Long enough that they aren't completely raw. But don't overcook
Add salt, Schezwan Sauce & chilli sauce; mix it well.
Since the ready-made schezwan sauce had salt, I just added a little. Adjust according to your need
Add bean sprouts, rice & mix well. Toss for a few seconds until they are well mixed.
Serve hot

  11. My sis instructed me about your web site and the way great it is. She’s right, I am actually impressed with the writing and slick design. It appears to me you’re simply scratching the floor in terms of what you may accomplish, however you’re off to an ideal begin!
